Amen on the support from sunbelt, they have excellent pricing and I've been very impressed with VIPRE, easy and found items Symantec did not find.

At the same time we were using Sunbelt's Counterspy and were impressed with the low use of resources and ease of use and deploying within our environment. Once Sunbelt came out with VIPRE, we tried it on a couple of home computers and were sold right away on their product. VIPRE was easy to deploy throughout the network and we immediately had users mentioning that their computers were running faster. After the install, VIPRE found some stuff that Endpoint Protection did not. We don't expect that VIPRE will stop everything, as all AV products won't, but their customer support is outstanding and hard to find in most companies today. They did have an issue with an update to VIPRE about two months ago, but here is where the customer support kicked in. We've got our anti virus renewal coming up and it may be an opportunity to change to something else. Currently we use McAfee (Enterprise version therefore Groupshield, end point protection, ePO etc). However the renewal costs are quite expensive.
