I've used both FaxMaker and RightFax in past lives. FaxMaker was great for both
in and outbound faxing while RightFax was very expensive and comparatively a
huge pain in the keister to administer. It did work though if you happen to
have extra dollars that you feel you must throw around. YMMV

We use GFI FaxMaker. Never had any major problems with it, but when we did
found the support to be good. We don't have that kind of volume, though, and
only use it for outbound. The inbound features sound good, but we haven't used
them.

Subject: Faxing solution
Hello all...

We are currently faxing about 3000 pages a month and receiving around 1000.
Most of the outbound faxes are documents that are printed first then faxed.
I'm seeking a better solution and have talked to eFax but they seem pricey.
Can you let me know what you use for a fax solution or recommend a vendor?

Thanks!
