I don't directly manage it. I believe we have a hundred block and the
cost was around 30-40 per. There are two ways to send. Either from
Outlook or their web site. We have a ten meg limit so that wouldn't
apply.

Dave, are you all paying 200 per client or did the pricing drop due to
additional seats? And what is the 10Mb for? Didn't want to read the
entire site, just quick questions.

Bob, we just started a round table discussion on this very same subject.
We are not a medical organization as well, but we do deal with sensitive
information. One item that was referred was implementing rights
management and deploying the client out and trying the staff members on
the use of rights management.

That's all I can provide for now, because I'm still trying to figure the
course of action.

Thanks,

Thomas

I am in the middle of a HIPPA compliance review. One of the consultants
is suggesting that all our email be encrypted because it may contain
HIPPA related information.

There might be 2 people that ever would be emailing anything that could
be considered HIPPA related. We are not a medical company and the only
correspondence would be between maybe insurance companies and our HR
people.

Just curious what those of you that deal with this on a regular basis
suggest...

Thanks.
