Amazing how much the Craptacular code of some developers ends up being our
PITA's., now was it Shockware update and/or MSN or a combo of the two that
caused the issue.

+1  ... same IE and shockwave versions on my XP as yesterday, and after
launching to MSN.com cpu normalized back down around 2 to 5% instead of over
50% like yesterday ...

guessing somebody's sloppy code pointing to somebody's sloppy widget was
removed
