My wife and I both experienced this problem. Strangley enough, we have
different user account for our entire family and my daughter's account was
working fine, so I knew it had to be profile related settings. I believe
the following steps resolved it for us, but it was about a month ago.

1. IE Tools/Internet Options/Advanced tab - click on "Restore Advanced
Settings" button, then "Apply"
2. On same Advanced tab screen, click the "Reset..." button, then
"Reset..." again on next screen and then "Close"
3. Close all IE windows and restart IE
