Be warned, the download is an iso image, but you can mount it (hehe) and run hpsum.exe from there just like you would for the PSP. In fact, you can copy the files from the firmware CD into the same directory as your Support Paq files. Then when you scan a machine just select the "allow non-bundle products" and it will let you do the firmware at the same time as the Support Paq stuff.
