Capability certainly is there now.
Time to upgrade/migrate!

Nope, a week was all we could get to test it a couple of years ago. The
reporting that was my requirements was that I wanted to delegate it to
the managers to report on their employees. At the time that we were
looking, that capability wasn't there.

No complaints here on the reporting, allows you to drill down
very easy! I have 3 Profiles setup, Work , Lunch and off-hours, this way
I allow such things as FaceBook during Lunch and off-hours, the
employees like that!

I have absolutely nothing to complain about,

I believe they will give you an test appliance free for a month
to test, a least they used to.

Not sure how long ago you are referring to, but since 2004/2005
(when we got our first appliance), we've always got detailed reporting.

        (user account, computer, ip address)

We demo'd an iPrism a couple of years ago, the reason we didn't
go with it was the reporting, or rather lack of reporting. Detailed
reporting (userid based) was non-existent, and reporting was a major
requirement for us, so it was the right fit.
