When I first heard of the name for MS's "new" "decision" engine I thought of
Groundhog Day when Stephen Tobolowsky's
(http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0864997/) character
says bing after every right answer.
The character was designed to be harmless, but annoying.  Good job
Microsoft!
