+1 (or is that six?). The printing issues I've had with W2K8 server have all been printer driver issues.

Are you using HP's printer drivers? HP's printer drivers have been getting steadily worse for the past few years. Slow, bloated, over-complicated, unstable. See if any of the drivers that come with 2008 might work for you.
