We have a couple of templates set up to quickly create Win 2003 VMs (Standard or Enterprise). It occurred to me, is there any reason to use the 32bit flavor any more? We're still on ESX 3.5, which supports 64bit. Are there any downsides I haven't considered? Drivers shouldn't be an issue on a VM, and I'm not aware of any application compatibility issues.
