Just visited that web site. Not quite what I'm looking for.

Not looking to block, necessarily, just want to require attestation,
acknowledgment and caching [with decent report, though I didn't
mention that before.]

Smartfilter doesn't seem to do that, exactly, though their
WebWasher-in-a-box looks kinda cool, for the anti-malware stuff on it
anyway. Still not what I want, however.
