For *our* usage, these might be better termed "confidence tests" than "stress tests", but: For RAM, we use MemTest86 and/or the Microsoft Windows Memory Diagnostic. For CPU, Prime95. For disk, "badblocks -s -v -w" on Linux. We also usually throw manufacturer diagnostics at things. For all, we have it run all tests, not just the default set.
