For your client side problems, Total Commander has a built-in FTP client
which allows you to have (for example), your C:\ drive in the left pane
and the remote FTP server in the right. Click click click, upload.

I am looking for something for the client. It seems certain users have
difficulties uploading files to our server. I was hoping to find
something form based with browse buttons to locate the file to upload.

Anyone have recommendations on FTP server software that includes a GUI
for the end user?
