I've called Microsoft in the past for OEM media replacement, and they try *really hard* to get you to go back to the OEM. A friend had lost their OEM media for a computer where the OEM was no longer doing business. Microsoft tracked down the company that bought their assets, and made *them* ship a set of *their* OEM media to me.
