I know there is a Dell Decrapifer program out there, never used it, nor needed it. Perhaps there is one specific to HP? I've called Microsoft in the past for OEM media replacement, and they try *really hard* to get you to go back to the OEM. A friend had lost their OEM media for a computer where the OEM was no longer doing business. Microsoft tracked down the company that bought their assets, and made *them* ship a set of *their* OEM media to me.
