>From what I've seen there's Win7 Enterprise (which I'm using as we
speak) and there's Win7 Ultimate. According to Microsoft, you can only
upgrade from Vista Ultimate to Win7 Ultimate. Same for the Enterprise
versions.

Subject: MSDN Licensing

Happy Friday,

We currently have MSDN benefits under our SA licensing
contract. If I download an O/S and the corresponding license key (says
Retail when I generate one) from MSDN, does this come with any
limitations, such as an expiration date or functionality? In this case,
I am looking to grab Win7 Ultimate 64-bit. When I go into MVLS, we do
not have that as an available download, only Enterprise.

TIA!
