Sorry you don't need a license for the Hyper-V only.  I have the Enterprise
2008 on my 2950.  Backuping up all the machines while they are live is SO
nice!  All I need to do is grab a USB hard drive and out the door I run if
we have a hurricane on the way.  I can have all the core servers up at
another location within hours if need be, provided I can find some place
with a 2008 x64 server.
