A while back you wonderful people helped me out with a problem I was having and the problem turned out to be a driver issue with the older HP 10x series of printers. Well, I bought a Dell 1110 replacement printer, but evidentially it's not up to spec with the user and her (and my) supervisor who has now mandated an HP printer be purchased.
