We are currently trying to look for an alternative to our outdated helpdesk software and would be interested to know what people recommend. I've worked with a lot of different flavours down the years and can't honestly say I've ever seen one that I really liked. We'd be keen to get something that is AD-integrated, does good SLA tracking and has decent reporting facilities. Any suggestions appreciated.
