Bad RAM. Often times ram that isn't in spec for load presented to the interface controller will fail only when fully populated.

Mem check didn't report any error as the OS event viewer that sees the reboot as unexpected.. The strange thing that if I remove one of the 2 modules (it doesn't matter which one) the issue disappears. Any idea ?
