Disable remote access - RDC/TermServices, no VNC, etc.

The inch of oak or steel, always locked, is madatory!

Hey, yours is only the reporting server.  We had a PBX system where ACD 
for the poison control center simply would not work without the local 
administrator logged in.  (GPO necessary to enable that local user account 
to be a local admin, too!)
