Thanks Phil - didn't think about going to PCI-E x1 route. That may be the best option -- I've just been looking at PCI, but I do have that extra PCI-E x1 slot. And they're cheaper than going the 4 head card direction -- those are really hard to justify. I'm thinking it is definitely the card itself - I pulled the card and it has been working perfectly. No updated drivers or anything for the card, so I guess I'm going shopping!
