That's what I do too, I install the printer on a workstation connect it that way so the server gets the driver.
Don't forget the printsubs.inf too where applicable. As its not wireless (and therefore needs the usb connection first) I thought this would be simple. The setup program ties network and wireless setup together, so it bails as the vm doesn't have a USB setup on it? Anyone know a trick?
