I use this for logging into firewalls/switches/routers with my laptop as my laptop only has USB ports. I have had no issues with it on XP or VISTA

I've gotten two from Radio Shack. One worked fine, the other was junk. Supposedly the same thing, but only one worked for what I needed. What I want to do is hook up both my AS/400 console cable and my firewall cable at the same time. Both require a serial port and my PC only has one serial port. I believe I probably need something with a 16550AFN UART so I can do hardware flow control.
