Our practice has always been to not upgrade OS's-to only use the OS the machine came from the factory with, and when a new OS was released to only run it on new machines that came with it.
But... I may have to rethink that with Win7. It has run fine on all of the machines I've tested it on, including older WinXP machines. So I may need to be open to the possibility of putting it on machines that need reimaging.
