It's probably not a bad thing to have to do. I know I haven't added anything to my DB in a very long time so everything it did learn is very outdated. Even though I've had maybe 1 spam slip though in the past 2 months so it must still be doing it's job.

I logged on to ours this morning and saw that 4.0.1.006 is available. Skimming the release notes shows that it blows away your Bayesian database (I really wish they would stop doing that!), and that you have to re-enter your recipient domains in the Basic -> IP Configuration tab.
