StatusOpen - Pending Adobe Response

I wish I knew an Adobe tech that could do something. I've had my CTO and COO 
both in my office this week and all I have it "still waiting to hear from 
Adobe" even though I do call them (Adobe) daily. Anyone have any idea on how to 
escalate stuff within Adobe's support? Don't they offer a 
"triple-throwdownPlatinum support where you can get a response in 4 hours or 
something?

And before someone whips out LMGTFY, Adobe Version Cue isn't listed here:

When you low man on the totem pole and you get regular visits by C-level execs,
