Under $20K for two, in theory. It does not have redundant controllers as
it's essentially a server with lots of direct attached storage (up to 12 Tb)

It looks like a DL320 I setup as a security camera DVR appliance at one
shop.

 

A bit anemic on horsepower both in the proc and controller IMHO.

But that depends on the load I suppose.

Anyone have any experience with the above hardware? Just got off the phone
with a prospective vendor and that's what they recommended for a lower-cost,
redundant storage appliance. I'm still thinking SAN instead of a windows
server running Windows Storage Server, which I'm thinking this is. J
