Redundant power supplies, redundant NICs, server-class hardware (including enterprise SATA drives) their Intellectual Property embedded in the hardware. Windows Server OS, DoubleTake (about $3k there for two copies.) Still not convinced that is the way to go. I had another prospective vendor call me and want me to buy his software-only solution. I finally had to tell him "sorry, that's not the way we want to go." *sigh*
