We schedule quick AV scans at noon on Wednesday, full AV scans on Monday at 8pm, and Microsoft patching (via WSUS) with a deadline of 05:00 Tuesday. We schedule a test group for WSUS patching the Monday evening after patch Tuesday, and the rest of the workstations the Monday evening after that - again with a deadline of 05:00 Tuesday.
