I hear that Sunbelt are looking for a sysadmin... Plenty of jobs in other parts of the world if you are good at what you do.

And I get the impression that a few other metro areas are also recovering a little. There has been quite a bit of activity in the 4th quarter, and I expect to see even more after the holidays.
