Agreed, or at least an adequate budget. It does, of course, all come down to
money and resources. The trick is separating the wheat from the chaff and
finding what all the true hidden costs are, and being able to provide
management with understandable information about that.

Ahhhh... Remember the days of "unlimited" IT budgets? They weren't all that
long ago... How things change...
