Been using the beta and rc's for about month and haven't had any issues with it. Will be rolling out 4.0 to the servers and clients throughout the week.

It is pretty different. All of our process's/install scripts have to be re-written. I am pretty excited about the potential for the multisite setup. We'll see how it works, we will probably be doing a deployment next week. As a general comments, it now uses a SQL 2005 backend and seems overall more complicated. We still have to wade through it to know how simplified the deployment can be.
