Does the server upgrade require a reboot?

Yes it can, just create a new instance.  I am more concerned about
performance. I might be able to get by, though.  We are more than likely
going to virtualize our servers late summer/early fall so then I'll be
able to "slice" off what I need.

Not yet.  I may need to move it to a different server now that they've
moved data to SQL Express.  I've already got my patch mgmt s/w using SQL
on that server. <sigh> Not been a good day.

So has anyone took the plunge and upgraded to 4.0 yet?  I checked the
Vipre Enterprise forum and there is nothing posted by anyone about this.
