One of the reasons you get the Vivaldi CD for hold music is it is royalty free and permissible. Streaming from any source other then ones you 'have rights' to, could lead to problems and costs.
There is a company that will cold call public businesses and ask them if they play music. If yes, it will ask them how many speakers they have and then send them a bill. I cannot remember the name but our local paper had a nice article a few years ago about how it was legal and surprising to many small businesses who were suddenly told they now owed $10,000 a year for playing music on x number of speakers. So really, make absolutely sure you will not be getting a bill at some future point. It is a small small chance but really, is that a risk you want to take?
