What jumped out at me: "Microsoft customers interviewed for our research 
reported that getting premium support for the Forefront security solutions to 
resolve issues on a timely basis required them to upgrade their support 
contract for all of the products bundled in ECAL, it could not be broken out 
separately."

However it does have a pretty strong anti-Microsoft slant to it, which always 
makes me suspicious. Still, it has points to consider.
