The HP eConfigurator should support generating BOMs for this IIRC.

Typically you have a couple boxes which plug in to the floor (one per circuit,
each circuit being on a different system assuming you have redundant power)
which are distributors to power strips which your machines plug in to. Your
machines each plug in to one box on each of the distributors for their power.

Subject: HP PDU's - HP POWER DISTRIBUTION UNITS FOR server racks

FY1

We are in the process of putting new HP Power PDU's in the server racks. Any
ideas or utilities needed to install or what to look for configuration ? Has
someone installed them before or any kind of documentation someone has done
would be higly appreciated.

I have inherited the PDU environment from someone and have no clue about
it....all power is in place, circuits etc I want to create a baseline and need
to know what i should be looking for and need to put forward in a document etc
for the management.

All the IT guru's need your help...help would be highly appreciated
