Several weeks ago I requested info on low-cost video conferencing solutions. I checked into a couple vendors and we ended up going with MegaMeeting.
MM's offering is very cost-effective for us and allows our remote branch mgmt staff to participate in monthly meetings without the hassle and expense of travelling to the main office. All that's required is an internet connection and a good quality web cam in each location. In addition to video it also allows for desktop and application sharing. We're also planning lecture, technical and safety training sessions to the branches using MegaMeeting.
