There is a learning curve(!).  It also took us (hard working Support 
person) several tries before we could get agents to update their defs more 
than once per day.

"We" also learned that the way to update either the agent software or DEF 
file is to "Check for update...", not "Force update".

I've been pretty happy with it once we got that out of the way!
