It's like Lie-Nielsen is in the wood working world. Make awesome hand tools. If you have a problem with one, they are there to fix it. Many stories of someone getting a plane or something, doesn't seem quite right, they send out another one to replace it completely, even if it is easily fixable with some service/direction over the phone.
