Not an actual trace route. From my admin account I *can* get to where she
needs to go and from her user account I can't get there. This is a Windows
2003 Domain with all XP boxes, including this laptop. The kicker is that
just this box fails to get to the Yahoo mail servers and only with her
account. The rest of the workstations on the network *can* get there from
her user account.

Took a look at the firewall and it IS on. Looking at the individual items, I
allowed POP3 mail through and rebooted. Now she can get to the Yahoo mail
servers and get her mail.

So, I guess it's fixed but I'm not clear as to why I had to make this change
on this laptop and *not* on any thing else in the network.

Thanks for the help. Again this list comes through with aid! Great group of
people!!
