Does anyone have any thoughts on comparing 3Par solutions with NetApp? We currently have NetApp, and we need to replace it. The price for the new NetApp is much higher than we want it to be though, so we are looking at other solutions. We are looking for 50TB usable space.
How do the management apps compare between the two solutions? How easy is the 3Par to expand? (We are probably looking at the F400 series) Will 3 Par use SAS drives? I saw FC, SATA, and Solid State listed, but not SAS. I'm willing to listen to any thoughts that any of you have. Thanks!
