Well, we've had a few times when VIPRE, VIPRERESCUE, and MBytes all 
failed.  I don't know about the other companies have to offer when this 
happens, but Sunbelt got me in touch with The Coppertop...

She seems to know the exact boot sequence of all Windows versions and what 
should load and when.  It's amazing how quickly she found how a root kit 
was being loaded (as well as how to whack it).

This makes Sunbelt a pretty amazing company!
