Greetings!

Yesterday I created a folder on a server, and I shared it. I gave
"Everyone" full _share_ permissions on it.

This morning, I cannot access it via UNC - I get "clunked" immediately.
(Popup window says the resource is either not available, or I do not have
permissions.)

If I try to access the administrative share on which the directory is
located (ie, "Q$"), I am presented with a login box for user name and
password. Even if I enter a domain admin user name and password, I get
clunked (same message as above).

I've checked permissions, and all appears to be correct. What else to
look for?

FWIW, it is also our network-wide backup server (UltraBac), and its
nightly backup job is still running.

Thanks for any pointers!
