User rights? Is everyone in the Right to Access the computer over the network?

No errors in the security or other logs (in fact, the "Security Audit" events all say "Successful" - go figure!). Server Service all right... Actually, it seems that group members (including domain admins) cannot access the share. HOWEVER, named individuals (I added myself to the permissions list) connect with no issues.
