There is NO TCP Port 1594 used by Web Interface or XenApp. TCP Port 1494 is the ICA Port.
I do have a couple of articles on what you need to do to get external access working. That is probably the #1 most FAQ on the various support forums I frequent. I don't use ISA but once you read my articles it should be easy for you to figure out.
