I would vote for the ASA, For small offices, the ASA 5505 runs about $370. The "maintenance agreement" is only $70 a year, and allows you tech support for setup issues and next day replacement.
The 5505 has some very nice features, especially for VOIP. The higher end ASA appliances get pricey. But the 5505 has similar features as the higher end models.
