Hit change background and hit ‘editors pics’ and use their white background.
Tomorrow they release ‘remove background’ as an option and we can all remove it and get back to a normal life. I don't like it either. So, instead of ranting and complaining about to Google on getting it changed, all I did was create a graphic with a white background, saved it as a JPEG and then used their utility to 'Upload' that image.
