I've got a user with an HP OfficeJet 5600 series printer connected via USB. He's got XP Pro SP3 installed and just recently started having problems printing. The symptoms are that he can either print a whole multi-page document by printing directly to the printer *or* he can print just the first few pages by spooling to the printer. If he prints directly to the printer, it hangs his PC up until it's done printing.
I have NOT tried updating the drivers yet, so that's something to think about. Any other ideas? I'm pretty sure he's got enough RAM (he's got a Gig of RAM.)
