He's got XP Pro SP3 installed and just recently started having problems printing. The symptoms are that he can either print a whole multi-page document by printing directly to the printer *or* he can print just the first few pages by spooling to the printer. If he prints directly to the printer, it hangs his PC up until it's done printing. I have NOT tried updating the drivers yet, so that's something to think about. Any other ideas? I'm pretty sure he's got enough RAM (he's got a Gig of RAM.)
